摘要
针对食品添加剂课程教学内容庞杂、教学重点不突出、教学方法单一的现状,提出了优化设置教学内容、强化实践性教学环节、构建课程教学主线、突出教学重点、改进教学方法等教学改革措施,以期实现高校食品添加剂课程教学目标,培养出适应现代食品工业需求的技术人才。
Aiming at the present situation of Food Additives teaching content is very complicated,teaching focus is not prominent,teaching method is single,put forward some teaching reform measures in this paper,such as optimizing teaching content,strengthening practical teaching link,constructing teaching main line,highlighting teaching focus,improving teaching method,so as to achieve the teaching goal of Food Additives and cultivate technical talents to meet the needs of modern food industry.
