基于耦合线的双频小型化功能融合巴伦设计

摘要 为了提高通信速率,越来越多的终端设备采用载波融合技术,电路尺寸日趋变小,进而对射频器件提出了双频化、小型化等更高性能的需求。基于此,文章设计了一款小型化功能融合巴伦,以级联的耦合线为主体设计,实现了1 GHz和2 GHz 2个频点下的平衡到单端的转换,同时还能实现阻抗转换,具有高隔离性、小型化等优点。 In order to improve communication speed,more and more terminal devices are adopting carrier fusion technology,and the circuit size has been becoming smaller,which puts forward higher performance requirements for RF devices such as dual frequency and miniaturization.Based on this,this paper proposed a miniaturized functional fusion balun with cascaded coupling lines as the main design,which realizes balanced to single ended conversion at 1 GHz and 2 GHz frequency points.At the same time,impedance conversion can also be achieved,which has advantages such as high isolation and miniaturization.
