投加菌粉的活性污泥法处理医疗废水的研究

摘要 采用单独投加污泥、单独投加菌粉、污泥与菌粉混合后驯化和污泥驯化后投加菌粉4种方法处理医疗废水。研究发现:投加菌粉到医疗废水中后,污泥的沉降性能有所下降,且污泥沉降性能与絮凝情况良好。污泥与菌粉混合后驯化处理医疗废水的最大COD去除率为57.74%,COD去除率平均值为44.09%,且最大COD去除率出现的时间较早,最大氨氮去除率为32.44%,氨氮去除率平均值为21.24%。综合考虑4种处理方法的COD和氨氮去除效果、系统运行稳定性和废水处理成本,污泥与菌粉混合后驯化处理医疗废水的效果最佳。 Four methods were used to treat medical wastewater:adding sludge,adding bacterial powder,domesticating the mixture of sludge and bacterial powder,adding bacterial powder to the domesticated sludge.The research has found that after the addition of bacterial powder to the medical wastewater,the settling performance of sludge decreased and the sludge settling performance and flocculation were good.The maximum COD removal for treating the medical wastewater by domesticating the mixture of sludge and bacterial powder was 57.74%and the average COD removal was 44.09%,and the maximum COD removal appeared earlier,and the maximum ammonia nitrogen removal was 32.44%and the average ammonia nitrogen removal was 21.24%.Considering the removal effect of COD and ammonia nitrogen,system operation stability and wastewater treatment cost of the four treatment methods,the method domesticating the mixture of sludge and bacterial powder was the best for treating medical wastewater.
