With the development of Internet technology,Internet pharmaceutical retail has become the main model of pharmaceutical retail.This article mainly expounds the necessity of legal regulation of Internet drug retail from the problems existing in Internet pharmaceutical retail,the significance and conditions of legal regulation of Internet pharmaceutical retail,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of perfecting the law and regulation system,improving the supervision level,establishing the responsibility system and strengthening the social co-governance.
