超重力过程强化技术在偏氯乙烯皂化工艺中的研究与应用

摘要 介绍了超重力过程强化技术在偏氯乙烯皂化工艺中的开发与应用。通过超重力工程技术基本原理制备VDC超重力反应器,在超重力反应器作用下,分析比较不同生产负荷下的偏氯乙烯皂化运行数据,其应用结果表明各项工艺运行控制指标达到要求,产能增加两三倍,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。 The development and application of high gravity process strengthening technology in the saponification process of vinylidene chloride were introduced.The VDC high gravity reactor was prepared based on the basic principles of high gravity engineering technology.Under the action of the high gravity reactor,the saponification operation data of vinylidene chloride under different production loads were analyzed and compared.The application results showed that all process operation control indicators met the requirements,and the production capacity increased by 2~3 times,which has good economic and social benefits.
