摘要
对电石炉出炉操作过程进行研究,对3万kVA密闭电石炉进行技术改造,使用智能出炉机器人代替人工进行出炉操作,实现了危险环境下的无人化、减人化作业,节约了大量人力和材料费用。
The furnace operation process of calcium carbide furnace is studied.In the 30,000 kVA closed calcium carbide furnace for technical transformation,the use of intelligent furnace robots instead of manual furnace operations,achieve unmanned and manpower reduction operations in dangerous environments,save a lot of manpower and material costs.
