动物源性食品兽药多残留检测中基质净化与液相色谱-质谱联用技术研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress on matrix purification combined with LC-MS method for the detection of veterinary drug residues in animal-origin derived foods

摘要 对液相色谱-质谱(Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry, LC-MS)联用技术结合不同动物源基质净化技术在兽药多残留检测的研究进展及其应用状况进行了综述,指出,液-液萃取、分散液-液微萃取、固相萃取、固相微萃取、分散固相萃取、磁性固相萃取技术在肉类、蛋类、奶类及其制品等不同动物源性食品中的应用较广泛,但仍存在一定程度的局限性,如液-液萃取基质选择性弱、分散液-液微萃取适用对象有限、固相萃取耗时较长、固相微萃取重现性差、分散固相萃取净化效率适中等。未来可就构建多种类兽药残留同步净化方法、开发食品源基质特异性高效净化材料及增强基质净化过程快捷、自动化程度等方面进行深入研究,以期进一步推动LC-MS联用技术在动物源性食品兽药多残留检测中的应用。 The research progress in matrix purification combined with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)method as well as their applications in determination of veterinary drugs in animal-derived foods was reviewed.Among various matrix purification methods,liquid liquid extraction(LLE),dispersed liquid liquid microextraction(DLLME),solid phase extraction(SPE),solid phase microextraction(SPME),dispersed solid phase extraction(DSPE),and magnetic solid phase extraction(MSPE)are mostly widely used in different animal derived foods such as meat,eggs,milk,and their products.However,there are still some limitations,such as weak matrix selectivity of LLE,limited applicability of DLLME,moderate purification efficiency DPSE,poor reproducibility of SPME,and complex and time-consuming operation of SPE.In the future,the detection technology of veterinary drugs in various animal-derived foods could be further studied in terms of establishing simultaneous purification methods for various kinds of veterinary drugs,developing novel and efficient matrix-based purification materials,and enhancing convenience and automation in matrix purification process to meet the urgent needs in screening of multi-residues of veterinary drugs in animal-derived foods.
