水利工程中节制闸基坑支护及开挖土体变形特征研究

摘要 基坑支护主要结合周边环境、地质情况综合考虑,根据横河节制闸基坑工程情况,采用支护桩进行支护。为了分析基坑开挖过程中的变形情况,建立数值模拟模型,研究分层开挖过程中基坑的变形特征。结果表明,距离基坑中心越远,周边土体变形量越小,坑底回弹变形量越小;基坑变形速率随着基坑开挖深度的增大而增大,基坑变形影响范围主要集中在距坑边1倍基坑深度范围内;根据变形监测数据,侧壁变形量与基坑开挖深度满足y=2.7356e^(0.5379x)(R^(2)=0.9983),基坑回弹变形量与基坑开挖深度满足y=0.1959e^(0.6567x)(R^(2)=0.9846)。在施工过程中,需要严格控制基坑开挖速率,保持基坑变形量的稳定,同时需要加强对周边厂房的监测,做好预警工作。 The foundation pit support is mainly considered in combination with the surrounding environment and geological conditions.According to the foundation pit engineering of Henghe sluice,support piles are used for support.In order to analyze the deformation of foundation pit during excavation,a numerical simulation model was established to study the deformation characteristics of foundation pit during layered excavation.The results show that the farther away from the center of the foundation pit,the smaller the deformation of the surrounding soil and the smaller the rebound deformation of the pit bottom;the deformation rate of the foundation pit increases with the increase of the excavation depth,and the influence range of the foundation pit deformation is mainly concentrated in the range of one time the depth of the foundation pit from the pit side;according to the deformation monitoring data,the deformation of the side wall and the excavation depth of the foundation pit meet y=2.7356e^(0.5379x)(R^(2)=0.9983),and the rebound deformation of the foundation pit and the excavation depth of the foundation pit meet y=0.1959e^(0.6567x)(R^(2)=0.9846).During the construction process,it is necessary to strictly control the excavation rate of the foundation pit to maintain the stability of the deformation of the foundation pit.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the surrounding plants and do a good job of early warning.
