南水北调蔺家坝泵站电缆夹层线缆高效整理施工方法探讨

摘要 针对既有泵站线缆敷设不规范、电缆夹层空间狭小、重新整理施工困难等问题,在蔺家坝泵站电缆夹层线缆整理过程中,研制一种可调式线缆回收装置,可在减少人力的情况下,有效提高线缆拆除抽回效率并整理成盘;在增设与整理后的桥架端头处,研制一种可转动弯头,能够灵活适用于相邻桥架的转弯位置,减少制作定型弯头的工期时间,提高线缆重新敷设效率;在局部高压电缆长度预留过长的位置,研制一种C形支架,在托起高压电缆的同时,满足规范弯曲半径要求,使电缆整体敷设更加标准、美观与安全。研究成果可为同类工程电缆整理提供参考,具有较高的推广应用价值。 In view of the problems of nonstandard cable laying in the existing pumping station,narrow cable interlayer space,and difficulty in re-arrangement construction,an adjustable cable recovery device is developed in the process of cable re-arrangement in Linjiaba pumping station,which can effectively improve the efficiency of cable removal and re-arrangement under the condition of reducing manpower;a rotatable elbow is developed at the end of the added and sorted bridge,which can be flexibly applied to the turning position of the adjacent bridge,reduce the construction period of making the shaped elbow,and improve the efficiency of cable re-laying;a C-type bracket is developed to reserve a long part of the length of the local high-voltage cable,which can meet the requirements of the bending radius of the specification while supporting the high-voltage cable,making the overall cable laying more standard,beautiful and safe.This technology can provide reference for cable arrangement of similar projects and has high promotion and application value.
