摘要
采用高速剪切法配制了高乳化度的含油废水,研究了脱脂棉(COT)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、涤纶(PET)和尼龙66(PA66)等纤维作为聚结材料的油水分离性能。分别以PTFE、PET和PA66纤维为第一级床层,COT纤维为第二级床层,考察了PTFE-COT、PET-COT和PA66-COT梯级聚结工艺的除油效果。实验结果表明:在进水含油量为1000 mg/L、表观流速为4.2 m/h的条件下,COT纤维的除油率大于99%,且出水中无分散油,显著优于其他3种纤维;在梯级聚结工艺中,PA66-COT体系梯级聚结除油效果最佳,第一级PA66纤维床层出水含油量平均值为93.4 mg/L,第二级COT纤维床层出水含油量低于10 mg/L。
The oily wastewater with high emulsification degree was prepared by high-speed shear method and used for the study on oil-water separation performance of coalescence materials such as absorbent cotton(COT),polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE),polyester(PET)and nylon 66(PA66)fibers.In addition,the cascade coalescence reactors were established with absorbent cotton fiber as the first bed and PTFE,PET,PA66 fibers as the second bed,named as PTFE-COT、PET-COT,PA66-COT,respectively.Examined the oil removal effect of PTFE-COT,PET-COT,and PA66-COT cascade coalescence processes were investigated.The experimental results show that:Under the conditions of influent oil concentration 1000 mg/L and apparent flow rate 4.2 m/h,the single COT fiber is obviously superior to other three kinds of fibers with more than 99%of removal rate and no dispersed oil in the effluent;In the coalescence process,the PA66-COT system has the best oil removal effect with 93.4 mg/L of the average oil content of the effluent from the first stage PA66 fiber bed and less than 10 mg/L of that from the second stage COT fiber bed.
