Study on the Utilization and Demand of Literature Resources of Graduate Students in TCM Colleges andUniversities

目的 调查中医药院校研究生文献获取能力现状,发现问题,提出相应的改进措施,为推动中医药事业高质量发展提供数据支撑。方法 对我国18个省市中医药院校在读硕士研究生进行文献获取现状问卷调查,采用Excel对各项调查内容答题情况进行数据整理,应用SPSS26.0软件分析性别、年级与各项答题之间的相关性,进行χ2检验,P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结果 现阶段我国中医药院校研究生普遍存在文献信息查找意识较低、文献获取主要途径存在偏差、专业数据库利用不全面、检索技巧掌握较少、对检索文献进行整理及分析的能力欠缺等问题。各年级研究生在学习中遇到难题时查找文献资料的意识存在差异(χ2=24.278,P<0.05);男生和女生在检索同一主题时联合使用常用中文医学文献数据库方面存在差异(χ2=12.915,P<0.05);各年级研究生在使用医学数据库中“出版物检索”或“期刊检索”功能进行投稿前的目标期刊筛选方面存在显著差异(χ2=40.529,P<0.01);不同年级研究生在利用CiteSpace、VOSviewer等可视化软件对获取的文献进行计量分析方面存在显著差异(χ2=31.935,P<0.01);男生和女生在利用CiteSpace、VOSviewer等可视化软件对获取的文献进行计量分析方面存在差异(χ2=11.822,P<0.05)。结论 建议学校改变文献检索课程授课方式,注重学生检索方法和技巧的提高,结合实例讲解,提升在校研究生文献检索水平。

Objective To investigate the current situation of literature acquisition ability of graduate students in TCM colleges and universities;To identify problems and propose corresponding improvement measures;To provide data support for promoting the high-quality development of TCM.Methods A questionnaire survey on the status quo of literature acquisition was carried out among the graduate students in 18 provinces and cities of China’s TCM colleges and universities.The data of the answers to the various survey items were collated using Excel table.The correlation between gender,grade and various questions was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 software,andχ2 test was carried out.The difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Results At present,the graduate students in TCM colleges and universities generally have problems such as low awareness of literature information search,deviation in the main ways of literature acquisition,incomplete use of professional databases,less mastery of retrieval skills,and lack of ability to collate and analyze the retrieved literature.Graduates of different grades had different consciousness of searching for literature when they met difficulties in learning(χ2=24.278,P<0.05);there was a difference between boys and girls in using commonly used TCM literature databases when retrieving the same topic(χ2=12.915,P<0.05);there was statistical significance among grades in the use of the“publication retrieval”or“journal retrieval”function in the medical database to screen the target journals before submission(χ2=40.529,P<0.01);graduates of different grades had statistical significance in the quantitative analysis of the literature obtained by using visualization software such as CiteSpace and VOSviewer(χ2=31.935,P<0.01);there was a difference between boys and girls in the use of CiteSpace,VOSviewer and other visual software for quantitative analysis of the obtained literature(χ2=11.822,P<0.05).Conclusion It is recommended that schools change the teaching method of literature retrieval courses,pay attention to the improvement of students’retrieval methods and skills,and explain with examples to improve the literature retrieval level of graduate students in schools.
