2003-2022年中医药治疗肝硬化研究文献可视化分析

Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about TCM Treatment for Liver Cirrhosis from 2003 to2022

目的 分析中医药治疗肝硬化研究热点及趋势,为相关研究提供参考。方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI) 2003年1月1日-2022年9月15日收录的中医药治疗肝硬化研究文献。采用Excel2019软件管理数据,分析发文量趋势及研究机构。采用CiteSpace6.1.R3软件对作者进行共现分析,对关键词进行共现、聚类及突现分析。结果 共纳入5 526篇相关文献,发文量2003-2017年呈上升趋势,2017-2022年略下降。以刘平、刘成海、王天芳、薛晓琳、吴秀艳为代表的作者合作网络规模较大。主要研究机构集中在广西中医药大学、北京中医药大学、上海中医药大学等高等院校及其二级院所,形成多个合作中心,但合作总体较为松散。高中心性及高频关键词有腹水、肝纤维化、乙型肝炎、恩替卡韦、肝功能、名医经验、穴位敷贴、中医护理等。研究早期关注肝炎、中药、利尿剂、乙型肝炎、脐敷等方面,近年研究关注负性情绪、医案、炎性因子、腹腔积液、不良反应、危险因素等。结论 近20年中医药治疗肝硬化研究以临床研究为主,多种研究方法及数据分析方法、中医特色护理及患者自我管理方面是近年研究趋势。

Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trend of TCM in the treatment of liver cirrhosis in the past 20 years;To provide references for relevant research.Methods Research loterature about was retrieved from CNKI TCM in the treatment of liver cirrhosis from January 1,2003 to September 15,2022.Excel 2019 software was used to manage data,analyze trends in publication volume and research institutions.Co-occurrence analysis was conducted on authors using CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software,and conduct co-occurrence,clustering,and emergence analysis on keywords.Results A total of 5526 relevant articles were included.The number of published papers showed an upward trend from 2003 to 2017,and gradually decreased from 2017 to 2022.The author cooperation network represented by Liu Ping,Liu Chenghai,Wang Tianfang,Xue Xiaolin and Wu Xiuyan had a large scale.The main research institutions were concentrated in Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine and their secondary institutions,and there were several cooperation centers,but the overall cooperation was relatively loose.High centrality and high-frequency keywords included liver cirrhosis,ascites,liver fibrosis,hepatitis B,entecavir,liver function,famous doctor experience,acupoint application,TCM nursing,etc.Research focuses in the treatment of cirrhosis of the liver were hepatitis,Chinese matteria medica,diuretics,hepatitis B,umbilical application,etc.In recent years,research has focused on negative emotions,medical records,inflammatory factors,abdominal fluid accumulation,adverse reactions,risk factors,etc.Conclusion In the past 20 years,research on the treatment of liver cirrhosis withTCM has mainly focused on clinical research,with various research methods and data analysis methods,TCM characteristic nursing,and patient self-management being the research trends in recent years.
