摘要
目的 分析中医药调节细胞衰老相关研究文献,了解该领域研究热点和发展趋势,为该领域相关工作提供参考。方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)2022年8月23日以前收录的中医药调节细胞衰老相关文献。使用NoteExpress管理文献,CiteSpace6.1.R2软件绘制机构、作者合作网络和关键词共现、聚类、突现知识图谱并进行分析。结果 本研究共纳入文献643篇。年发文量呈波动式上升,2021年发文量最多(66篇)。王亚平、周玥、雷燕、姜蓉等作者发文量较多,均大于15篇,其中王亚平发文量最多(38篇)。研究机构间形成分别以重庆医科大学、上海中医药大学附属龙华医院、中国中医科学院、南京中医药大学和中山大学为核心的合作网络,且重庆医科大学发文量最多(30篇)。关键词共现分析得到“细胞衰老”“衰老”“氧化应激”“抗衰老”“凋亡”等关键词;聚类分析得到13个有效聚类;突现分析得到25个突现词,其中“白藜芦醇”“自噬”“活性氧”等是持续至2022年的主题。结论 近年来国内中医药调节细胞衰老相关研究不断深入,研究方向主要集中在衰老、抗衰老,氧化应激、自噬、实验药理等。但作者及机构间缺乏较大规模合作,有待进一步加强。
Objective To analyze the relevant literature of TCM for the regulation of cellular senescence;To identify research hotspots and development trends in the field;To provide references for the work in the field.Methods Literature related to the regulation of cell senescence by TCM treatment was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Data before 23rd Aug.2022.NoteExpress was used for literature management.CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software was used to draw and analyze knowledge graphs of institutions,author collaboration networks,and keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and emergence.Results A total of 643 articles were included.The annual publication volume showed a fluctuating increase,with the highest publication volume in 2021(66 articles).Authors such as Wang Yaping,Zhou Yue,Lei Yan,and Jiang Rong have published more than 15 articles,with Wang Yaping having the highest number of articles(38 articles).A cooperation network with Chongqing Medical University,Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Sun Yat sen University as the cores has been formed among research institutions,and Chongqing Medical University has the largest number of papers(30 articles).
