针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变文献可视化分析

Visualiztion Analysis on Literature of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的 对针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)相关文献进行可视化分析,了解该领域研究现状及趋势,为进一步研究提供思路及参考。方法 收集中国知识资源总库(中国知网)2002年1月1日-2022年9月30日DPN相关文献,使用CiteSpace6.1.R2软件进行分析,并绘制可视化知识图谱。结果 共纳入文献561篇,发文量呈波动上升趋势,在2014年达到顶峰并维持稳定。发文最多的作者是王洪峰、李永芳;长春中医药大学、黑龙江中医药大学、天津中医药大学是核心研究机构;通过关键词分析发现,临床试验、疗效评价是本领域的研究热点。此外,针灸对DPN患者及动物模型血清炎症指标的影响、分子水平的改变、神经细胞的代谢变化可能是未来的研究前沿。结论 通过文献计量学方式分析针灸治疗DPN领域的研究概况、研究热点及演变趋势,可为本领域后续研究提供研究方向和思路。

Objective To conduct visualization analysis on literature related to acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN);To understand the current research status and trends in this field;To provide ideas and reference for further research in the future.Methods Relevant literature about DPN was collected from CNKI from January 1,2002 to September 30,2022,and was analyzed by CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software.A visual knowledge map was drawn.Results A total of 561 articles were included,and the number of publications showed a fluctuating upward trend,reaching its peak and maintained stability in 2014.The authors with the largest number of articles were Wang Hongfeng and Li Yongfang.Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were the core research institutions.Through keyword analysis,it was found that clinical experiments and efficacy evaluation have always been a hot research topic in this field.In addition,research on the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on serum inflammatory indexes,molecular level changes and metabolic changes of nerve cells in DPN patients and animal models may be the forefront of research in the future.Conclusion The general situation,research hotspots and evolution trend of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of DPN are analyzed by bibliometrics,which can provide further research directions and ideas in this field.
