基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer的穴位贴敷研究现状可视化分析

Visualization Analysis on the Current Status of Acupressure Research Based on CiteSpace andVOSviewer

目的 探索穴位贴敷的研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为穴位贴敷深入研究与应用提供科学依据。方法 检索中国知识资源总库(中国知网)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普网)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)的北大中文核心期刊、中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)期刊2002年1月-2022年6月发表的穴位贴敷相关文献,利用NoteExpress3.6.0、Excel2019、VOSviewer1.6.18、CiteSpace5.8软件对纳入文献发文量、作者合作情况及关键词进行分析并绘制可视化知识图谱。结果 共纳入1 277篇中文文献,该领域发文量逐年增加,共涉及3 775位作者,形成以刘成勇、柏丁兮、唐纯志、刘世刚等为代表的研究团队。文献关键词形成13个有意义的聚类,研究热点主要集中在哮喘、中药、小儿、针灸、护理、冬病夏治、便秘、按摩、临床疗效、肺功能等。研究主要从疾病谱、贴敷药物及取穴、疗效观察及贴敷后护理4个方面开展。结论 穴位贴敷发展前景广阔,应进行疾病谱的扩大、实验研究及作用机制、联合其他疗法的研究,并且开展随机对照试验和真实世界研究,以期为穴位贴敷的应用提供循证医学依据,推动中医药发展及其与现代医学的结合。

Objective To explore the research process,hotspots,and development trends of acupressure;To provide a scientific basis for the in-depth research and broad application of acupressure.Methods The literature related to acupressure was retrieved from the core journals of Peking University and CSCD from January 2002 to June 2022 by searching CNKI,Vipshop,and Wanfang Data,and the literature was analyzed by using NoteExpress 3.6.0,Excel 2019,VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSpace 5.8 software for the number of publications,author collaboration,and keywords.A visual knowledge map of acupressure was drawn.Results A total of 1277 Chinese articles were included,and the number of publications in this field increased year by year,involving 3775 authors and forming research teams represented by Liu Chengyong,Bo Dingxi,Tang Chunzhi,and Liu Shigang.The keywords formed 13 meaningful clusters,showing that the hotspots of research in this field mainly focused on asthma,Chinese materia medica,pediatrics,acupuncture,nursing,winter and summer treatment,constipation,massage,clinical efficacy,and pulmonary function;their research mainly focused on four aspects:disease spectrum,compressing drugs and acupoints,efficacy observation,and post-compressing care.Conclusion The development of acupressure has a broad prospect.The expansion of disease spectrum,experimental research and mechanism of action,research on combination with other therapies,and randomized controlled trials and real world research should be carried out to provide evidence-based medicine basis for the application of acupressure,and promote the development of TCM and its combination with modern medicine.
