基于CiteSpace的中医治疗三叉神经痛可视化分析

Visualization Analysis on the Knowledge Map of TCM Therapy of Trigeminal Neuralgia Based on CiteSpace

目的 采用CiteSpace软件分析中医治疗三叉神经痛研究现状、热点和发展趋势。方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)建库至2023年2月8日收录的中医治疗三叉神经痛相关文献,利用CiteSpace6.1.R6软件绘制作者、机构、关键词共现图谱,并进行分析。结果 筛选后共纳入文献1 170篇,涉及915位作者,836个机构,形成以李崖雪、付勇为核心的研究团队,黑龙江中医药大学、天津中医药大学、黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院发文较多;高频关键词主要为针刺、电针、穴位注射等;温针灸治疗三叉神经痛是未来学者关注的方向。结论 中医治疗三叉神经痛研究热度逐渐降低,研究热点是以针灸为主要干预方法的临床研究和经验总结,温针灸治疗三叉神经痛是今后研究趋势。

Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots and development trend of trigeminal neuralgia treatment in TCM using CiteSpace software.Methods Relevant literature concerning the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by TCM was retrieved from CNKI from the establishment of the database to February 8,2023.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to draw a co-occurrence graph of authors,institutions,and keywords,and analyze them.Results A total of 1170 articles were included after screening,involving 915 authors and 836 institutions,forming research teams with Li Yaxue and Fu Yong as the core.Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine issued many papers;the high-frequency keywords mainly included acupuncture,electroacupuncture,acupoint injection,etc;the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by warming acupuncture and moxibustion was the focus of future scholars Conclusion The research focus on the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia in TCM has gradually decreased,focusing on the clinical research and experience summary with acupuncture and moxibustion as the main intervention method.Warm needle moxibustion treatment of trigeminal neuralgia is the research trend in the future.
