李宜瑞运用虫类药治疗儿童抽动障碍经验

Experience of Li Yirui in Treating Tic Disorder in Children with Insect Drugs

抽动障碍是一种起病于儿童时期的神经精神疾病,主要症状为不自主的、快速的、无目的的一个或多个部位肌肉抽动,其发病机制及病因目前尚未明确。李宜瑞教授认为抽动障碍以五脏失和为本,肝脾失调为主,主要病机为风痰,故治疗多以理气健脾、平肝息风、燥湿化痰为法,临床上多用虫类药搜络达邪,可有效缓解抽动症状。

Tic disorder is a neuropsychiatric disorder that begins in childhood,characterized by in voluntary,rapid and purposeless twitch of one or more parts of the muscle.The pathogenesis and etiology of tic disorder are not clear at present.Professor Li Yirui believes that tic disorder is based on the disharmonious five zang-organs,the disorder of liver and spleen,and the main pathogenesis is wind and phlegm.The treatment is mainly to regulate qi and strengthen the spleen,calm the liver and quench the wind,drying and dampening phlegm.In clinic,Professor Li often uses insect drugs to activate collaterals and target external pathogens,which can effectively relieve the tic symptoms.
