摘要
目的调查某高校诊断学实验课教学情况,为采取措施提高教学质量提供依据。方法分析2001—2019年诊断学实验课教学安排及2011—2019年的教学师资情况,对2016级医学生采用问卷的方法调查诊断学实验课教学情况。结果2011—2019年临床床边教学学时少于2001—2010年(χ^(2)=23.400,P<0.001);2011—2019年承担教学任务的71名教师中,只承担1年教学任务的教师占88.7%;2015—2019年承担教学任务的讲师以上职称教师人次数、承担2年以上教学任务教师的人次数、每周承担2次以上教学任务教师的人次数均少于2011—2014年(χ^(2)=4.076~17.349,P<0.05)。90%以上医学生认为教师能按时上课,且积极认真;约40%的医学生认为实验课教师以重复讲解理论课内容为主,分组指导训练技能的时间较少;50.9%医学生认为模拟教学效果不明显;89.8%医学生认为实验课每组人数太多;97.7%的医学生认为临床床边教学时间过少,希望增加临床床边教学时间;58.7%医学生认为实验课结束后不能熟练规范地进行临床技能操作;74.0%医学生认为实验课考试形式不能激发学习兴趣。结论加强课程教学管理、强化师资队伍建设和构建以能力培养为导向的教学方法对提高诊断学实验课教学效果具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the teaching of diagnostic experiment course in an university,and to provide a basis for taking measures to improve the teaching quality.Methods A analysis was performed on the teaching arrangement of diagnostic experiment course from 2001 to 2019 and the staffing for the course from 2011 to 2019;meanwhile,questionnaires were administered among the medical students of Grade 2016 to investigate the teaching of diagnostic experiment course.Results Clinical bedside teaching hours from 2011 to 2019 were significantly shorter than those from 2001 to 2010(χ^(2)=23.400,P<0.001).Among 71 teachers who took on teaching duties from 2011 to 2019,63(88.7%)took on teaching duties for only one year.The indices were significantly reduced in 2015—2019 than in 2011—2014 in terms of the number of teachers with a title above lecturer who took on any teaching duties and the corresponding number of courses being taught,the number of teachers who took on tea-ching duties for more than 2 years and the corresponding number of courses being taught,and the number of teachers who took on teaching duties more than twice a week and the corresponding number of courses being taught(χ^(2)=4.076-17.349,P<0.05).More than 90%of the medical students thought that teachers could attend the class on time and take an active and serious attitude toward teaching;about 40%of the medical students thought that the experiment course teachers mainly repeated the theoretical course contents with limited time allocated to group guidance and skills training;50.9%of the medical students thought that the simulation teaching was not so effective;89.8%of the medical students thought that there were too many students in each group of the experiment course;97.7%of the medical students thought that the time of clinical bedside teaching was too short and expected an increase in the time of clinical bedside teaching;58.7%of the medical students thought that they could not master clinical skills proficiently or meet the requirements after the course;74.0%of the medical students thought that the way in which students were assessed for experiment courses could not stimulate their interests in learning.Conclusion It is of great significance for the improvement in the teaching effectiveness of diagnostic experiment course to strengthen the teaching management,reinforce staffing of the tea-ching department,and develop ability-oriented teaching methods.
