摘要
钙钛矿太阳能电池在持续功率输出初期出现的快速老化现象严重影响了器件的工作寿命。为了比较老化现象在不同PSCs中的具体表现形式,本文对五类器件进行了最大功率点(MPP)监测以及不同偏压下的I-T测试以观察各类器件的工作稳定性。结果表明器件在较小的偏压加载下更容易出现老化现象。此外还发现经历小偏压测试后能保持初始光电性能的器件均不会出现老化,而最大功率点不可逆位移的器件均会出现老化。
The rapid aging phenomenon of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)during the initial continuous power output seriously affects the device’s service life.To compare the specific manifestation of aging in different PSCs,this study monitored the maximum power point(MPP)and conducted I-T testing under different bias voltages to observe the working stability of five types of devices.The results showed that devices maintained their initial photoelectric performance after small bias voltage testing and did not exhibit aging,while devices with irreversible MPP displacement all exhibited aging.
