摘要
为进一步提升EBZ160型掘进机的掘进效率,本文基于该型掘进机的主要结构与关键技术参数,从机载子系统方面、网络通信子系统方面、集控系统方面及智能转运系统等方面着手对该型掘进机进行了智能化改造,详细阐述了具体的改造内容,并现场试验测试了改造后的掘进机,测试结果表明:经改造后EBZ160型掘进机,掘进效率更高、掘进作业所需人员更少、安全性更好,促进了巷道掘进作业的降本增效,取得了较好的改造效果,可为同类掘进机的自动化、智能化改造提供参考。
In order to further improve the excavation efficiency of the EBZ160 type tunneling machine,this article,based on the main struc-ture and key technical parameters of this type of tunneling machine,has carried out intelligent transformation from the aspects of airborne subsys-tem,network communication subsystem,centralized control system,and intelligent transportation system.The specific transformation content has been elaborated in detail,and the modified tunneling machine has been tested and tested on site,the test results show that the modified EBZ160 tunneling machine has higher excavation efficiency,fewer personnel required for excavation operations,better safety,and promotes cost reduction and efficien-cy increase in tunnel excavation operations.It has achieved good transformation results and can provide reference for the automation and intelligent transformation of similar tunneling machines.
