摘要 针对山西某矿5308智能化综放工作面在推进过程中遇到了SX108陷落柱,该陷落柱地质构造复杂,加之智能化综放工作面具有设备多、系统结构复杂的特点,存在5308智能化综放工作面较难通过SX108陷落柱的问题,为促进该智能化综放工作面安全快速的通过SX108陷落柱,本文基于5308智能化综放工作面工程地质概况,介绍了该智能化综放工作面过SX108陷落柱主要用到的技术,分析了过SX108陷落柱构造带期间存在的主要问题,并提出了一些专项解决措施,通过综合应用这些措施,5308智能化综放工作面实现了安全快速的通过SX108陷落柱构造带,取得了较好的经济效益与安全效益。 In response to the SX108 collapse column encountered during the advancement of the 5308 intelligent fully mechanized top coal caving face in a certain mine in Shanxi,the geological structure of the collapse column is complex.In addition,the intelligent fully mechanized top coal caving face has the characteristics of multiple equipment and complex system structure,which makes it difficult for the 5308 intelligent fully mecha-nized top coal caving face to pass through the SX108 collapse column.In order to promote the safe and fast passage of the SX108 collapse column in the intelligent fully mechanized top coal caving face,this article is based on the engineering geological overview of the 5308 intelligent fully mecha-nized top coal caving face,introducing the main technologies used in the intelligent fully mechanized top coal caving face to pass through the SX108 collapse column structure zone.It analyzes the main problems that exist during the passing of the SX108 collapse column structure zone,and propos-es some special solutions.Through the comprehensive application of these measures,the 5308 intelligent fully mechanized top coal caving face has achieved safe and fast passing through the SX108 collapse column structure zone,good economic and safety benefits have been achieved.
