摘要
为了研究反应型高分子材料反应温度自动测定装置的可靠性,选取五种煤矿用反应型高分子材料,比较装置自动测定和手动测定的最高反应温度,并通过F检验和t检验验证两种结果的精密度和平均值是否存在显著性差异。结果表明:自动测试结果与手动测试结果的精密度和平均值均不存在显著性差异,两种方法的精密度、正确度均满足要求,说明该自动测定装置测试结果可靠,可用于煤矿反应型高分子材料最高反应温度的测定。
In order to study the reliability of an automatic measuring device for reaction temperature of polymer materials,the maximum reaction temperature of different kinds of polymer materials was measured by automatic measuring device and line thermometer method.The F-test method was used to verify whether there were significant differences in the precision of the two methods,and the T-test method was used to verify whether there were significant differences in the average values of the two methods.The results show that there is no significant difference between the precision and average value of the two methods,and the precision and accuracy of the two methods meet the requirements.The automatic measuring device can be used for the determination of the highest reaction temperature of reactive polymer materials in coal mine.
