海洋石油工程项目环境特殊,现场存在诸多风险,为提高项目效益,企业需注重现场安全管理,逐步引进新理念、新方法与新技术,构建现代化安全管理模式。目前我国在海洋石油现场安全管理方面开展了大量研究,现有的很多研究集中在理论方面,并未更多开展实践总结,一些内容缺乏数据支撑,未来必须不断总结经验,将理论与实践相结合,以数据为基础开展研究。本文着重分析了海洋石油现场安全管理模式及其相应策略,以期指导实际工作。

The environment of offshore petroleum engineering projects is special,and there are many risks on the site.In order to improve proj-ect benefits,enterprises need to pay attention to on-site safety management,gradually introduce new concepts,new methods and new technologies,and build a modern safety management model.At present,China has conducted a large amount of research on the safety management of offshore oil sites.Many of the existing research focuses on theoretical aspects and has not conducted more practical summaries.Some content lacks data support.In the future,it is necessary to continuously summarize experience,combine theory with practice,and conduct research based on data.This article focuses on analyzing the safety management mode and corresponding strategies for offshore oil sites,in order to guide practical work.
