摘要
为了解三峡库区汉丰湖枯水期浮游植物情况,评价枯水期湖区水体状况,于2022年10月对汉丰湖浮游植物群落情况进行现状调查分析。结果显示,此次共调查到6门26科43属61种浮游植物,其中硅藻门13种属,蓝藻门8种属,绿藻门32种属,隐藻门4种属,裸藻门2种属,甲藻门2种属,种类数上,绿藻门占优;入湖口的南河和东河浮游植物生物量最高为8.2 mg/L、7.17 mg/L,湖内居中,出湖口生物量最低;湖内香浓维纳指数最高且物种数最为丰富,表明其生物多样性最高,各门类浮游植物均有明显增长;出湖口指数为2.23且物种数在5个调查点位中数量最低,表明其生物多样性较低,水体中蓝藻门迅速增殖并形成绝对优势。参照浮游植物多样性指数所表征水质状况表来看,汉丰湖整体水质在调查期间水质基本属于清洁-寡污型和清洁型,总体水质状况状况良好。
In order to examine the phytoplankton situation of Hanfeng Lake in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area and evaluate the water body situation in the lake area during the dry season,the phytoplankton community in Hanfeng Lake was investigated and analyzed in October 2022.The results showed that 61 species of phytoplankton found belong to 43 genera,26 families,6 phyla,including 13 species of diatoma,8 species of cyanophyta,32 species of chlorophyta,4 species of cryptophyta,2 species of gymnophyta and 2 species of dinoflagellate.In species number,Chlorophyta was dominant;The highest biomass of phytoplankton in Nanhe River and Donghe River entering the lake wwere 8.2 mg/L and 7.17 mg/L respectively,which was in the middle of the lake and the lowest in the outlet;The lake has the highest Wiener index and the most abundant species,indicating that its biodiversity was the highest,and all kinds of phytoplankton had significantly increased.The lake outlet was 2.23 and the number of species was the lowest among the five survey sites,indicating that its biodiversity was low,and cyanobacteria in the water body rapidly proliferated and formed an absolute advantage;The sampling points of phytoplankton species could be divided into one group at the lake inlet and one group at the lake inlet and outlet,which may be related to the close geographical and spatial location of the sampling points.According to the water quality status table represented by phytoplankton diversity index,the overall water quality of Hanfeng Lake in the dry season in October was in good condition during the survey.
