生态文明视角下环滇池生态廊道总体规划思路研究

Research on the Planning Ideas of Ecological Corridor in Dianchi Lake from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

以环滇池生态廊道为例论述生态文明视角下的生态廊道总体规划思路。以环滇池区域良好生态本底为基础,从滇池生态保护与治理需求出发,科学评估区域现状问题与发展潜力,通过湖滨带生态保护与修复、河流生态廊道建设和环湖慢行系统实施,贯通环滇池湖滨生态系统,形成一条依附于滇池沿岸并向城市内部渗透的生态绿脉,在进一步巩固夯实滇池生态保护治理成效的基础上,塑造集生态、文化、休闲多元功能于一身的环滇池生态保护屏障,推进滇池保护治理成果的共建共治共享,实现滇池自然生态系统与昆明城市生态系统的共荣共生。

This article discussed the construction and planning methods of the ecological corridor from the perspective of ecological civilization by taking Dianchi Lake ecological corridor as an example.Based on the good ecological background and the demand for ecological protection and governance of Dianchi Lake,the current situation and development potential of the region were scientifically evaluated.Through the implementation of several projects,such as the ecological protection and restoration of the coastal wetlands,the river ecological corridor and the slow-moving system,the lakeside ecosystem around Dianchi Lake would be connected to form an ecological green vein,which could connect the natural ecosystem and urban ecosystem.The construction of the Dianchi Lake ecological corridor,firstly,could further consolidate the ecological protection and governance effect of Dianchi Lake,secondly,build an ecological protection barrier around Dianchi Lake with ecological,cultural and leisure functions,thirdly,promote the Co-Sharing-Co-Construction of Dianchi Lake protection and governance,and lastly,realize the mutual prosperity of the natural ecosystem of Dianchi Lake and the urban ecosystem of Kunming.
