Exploration and Practice of the Construction Path of Agronomy Major Under the Background of First-Class Major

建设一流本科专业,培养一流人才是高校加强内涵发展、提升自身竞争力和服务区域经济的必然选择。根据一流专业建设要求,以吉林农业科技学院农学专业为研究对象,分析了培养目标、课程体系和师资队伍等方面存在的问题,并探讨构建校企合作应用型人才培养的新模式,构建专业核心能力与岗位能力相结合的课程模块体系,进行以学生为中心的课程改革,建立督导反馈机制,培育适合吉林省农业农村现代化发展的创新型、复合应用型人才。

Building first-class under graduate majors and cultivating first-class talents is an inevitable choice for a university to strengthen its connotation development,which can enhance its own competitiveness,and serve the regional economy.According to the requirements of first-class professional construction,the paper took the agronomy major of Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University as a research object,the problems existing in the training objectives,curriculum system,teaching staff,etc were analyzed.The curriculum module system could combine the learning ability and job ability,carried out student-centered curriculum reform,establish a supervision and feedback mechanism,and cultivate innovative and composite applied talents suitable for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in Jilin Province.
