摘要 基于产学研合作的丰富内涵和材料成型及控制工程的专业特点,提出并构建了一种能有效提升师资力量的新模式——课程项目化师资培训模式。该模式强调将师资培训活动开展到企业和科研院所中,加强多方的合作交流,并优化人才培养方案,在教学过程中加入科技创新和生产技术等元素形成课程项目。教师在承接课程项目中提高了教育教学水平,增强了自身的实践创新能力,进而提高高校的人才培养质量。 Based on the rich connotation of industry-university-research cooperation and the professional characteristics of material molding and control engineering,this paper proposes and constructs a new model called curriculum project-based teacher training model,which can effectively improve the ability of teachers.This model emphasizes the implementation of teacher training activities in enterprises and research institutes,strengthening cooperation and exchange among multiple parties,and optimizing talent cultivation plans.In the teaching process,elements such as technological innovation and production technology are added to form course projects.In undertaking curriculum projects,teachers can improve the level of education and teaching,enhance their own ability of practice and innovation,and then improve the quality of talent training in universities.
