With the vigorous development of metalworking,the society has put forward higher requirements for the training of engineering and technical talents.Therefore,it is inevitable to create an engineering practice and innovation environment characterized by excellent design,re⁃search and innovation.College educators should fully combine the teaching content,characteris⁃tics,way of thinking and values of specialized courses,dig deeply into the ideological and po⁃litical factors in the course,and integrate them into the course teaching organically,so as to achieve the effect of"cultivating virtues and cultivating talents".
