摘要
文章先对大型一体化压铸模具的制造与模拟优化过程进行分析,然后对等高热处理针对压铸模具性能影响进行分析。通过试验表示,真空等温热处理工艺能够使大型压铸模具变形、开裂等问题得到解决。
The article first analyze the manufacturing and simulation optimization process of large-scale integrated die-casting molds,and then analyze the impact of equivalent high heat treatment on the performance of die-casting molds.Through experiments,it has been shown that the vacuum isothermal heat treatment process can solve problems such as deformation and cracking of large die-casting molds.
