门式与桥式起重机电气保护系统的检验技术思考研究

Thinking and Research on Inspection Technology of Electrical Protection System of Portal Crane and Overhead Crane

门式、桥式起重机作为工业生产中常见的电气设备,但由于起重机体型大、内部结构复杂、系统逻辑性强,一旦发生故障,维修难度很大。全面加强起重机电气保护系统检验,对提高工业生产安全、生产质量有着重要意义。基于此,文章阐述门式与桥式起重机相关概念,介绍门式与桥式起重机电气系统,最后探究门式与桥式起重机检验技术。

As common electrical equipment in industrial production,gantry cranes and over head crane are difficult to maintain once they break down due to their large size,complex inter nal structure and strong system logic.Comprehensively strengthening the inspection of the crane electrical protection system is of great significance for improving industrial production safety and quality.Based on this,this paper describes the related concepts of gantry and overhead crane,introduces the electrical system of gantry and overhead crane,and finally explores the in spection technology of gantry and overhead crane.
