摘要
为解决快开隔膜压滤机滤饼水分高的问题,蒋庄矿选煤厂在不改变原有两端入料方式的情况下,将原空气压榨改造为水压榨;对压滤机滤板、压紧板、止推板进行打孔、堵孔改造,增加气动阀和相应管道,实现了角吹风流程;增加储气罐并形成双通道供风流程。生产实践表明,改造后的压滤机滤饼水分从26%~29%降低至18%~21%,达到了降低精煤水分的目的。
The cake product of the quick-open diaphragm filer press operated by Jiangzhuang Mine Coal Preparation Plant used to be high in moisture.To tackle this problem,while maintaining the mode of feeding from both ends,the following technical transformation work is made:shifting air compression mode to hydraulic mode,opening/sealing-up of holes on filter plates,holddown plates and thrust plates,addition of air-operated valves,corresponding pipes and compressed air accumulators and switching to angular air blowing and double-path air supply working modes.Practice shows that the use of the reformed press has led to reduction of the cake moisture from 26%~29%to 18%~21%,well up to the requirement for reduction of moisture of clean coal.
