摘要
军民融合对国防建设和经济发展具有重要意义。本文以军民科技协同创新体系为研究内容,进行了探索性研究。通过总结二元结构理论、协同创新理论、技术创新体系等理论基础,分析了军民科技协同创新体系的内涵、创新要素构成、创新要素分析以及概念模型,结合国内外军民融合的实践经验,提出了军民融合发展发展对策与建议,以期为军民科技协同创新的发展提供借鉴。
Military-civilian integration is of great significance for national defense construction and economic development.This paper focuses on the military-civilian sci-tech collaborative innovation system of and conducts exploratory research.By summarizing the theoretical foundations of binary structure theory,collaborative innovation theory,and technological innovation system,this paper analyzes the connotation,the composition of innovative elements,the analysis of innovative elements and the conceptual model of the military-civilian sci-tech collaborative innovation system.Based on the practical experience of military-civilian integration at home and abroad,countermeasures and suggestions for the development of military-civilian integration are proposed,in order to provide reference for the development of military-civilian sci-tech collaborative innovation.
