山西省青年科技人才支持培养面临的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures Faced by the Support and Cultivation of Young Sci-tech Talents in Shanxi Province

青年科技人才是科技创新的主力军,只有摸清青年科技人才资源现状及深入分析目前在支持和培养青年科技人才方面存在的主要问题,才能做到在遵循青年科技人才发展规律的同时对症下药,有的放矢。因此,本文在以山西省青年科技人才支持培养方面存在的问题为基础,提出有针对性的对策,助力山西省青年科技人才的良性发展。

Young sci-tech talents are the main force of sci-tech innovation.Only by understanding the current situation of young sci-tech talent resources and conducting in-depth analysis of the main problems in supporting and cultivating young sci-tech talents,can we achieve targeted treatment while following the development laws of young sci-tech talents.Therefore,based on the existing problems in the support and cultivation of young sci-tech talents in Shanxi Province,this paper proposes targeted countermeasures to help promote the healthy development of young sci-tech talents in Shanxi Province.
