Research on the Policy System for the Development of Sci-tech Service Industry in Shanxi Province Driven by Innovation

科技服务业作为提供智力服务的新兴产业是区域科技创新体系的重要支撑,科技服务业的发展对促进科技与经济融合,加快经济高质量转型发展有重要的推动作用。本文在对山西省科技服务业发展环境进行梳理的基础上,阐述了山西省科技服务业发展现状,指出发展中存在的突出问题及原因,提出加快山西省科技服务业发展的政策体系建议。

As an emerging industry that provides intellectual services,sci-tech service industry is an important support for regional sci-tech innovation system.The development of sci-tech service industry plays an important role in promoting the integration of sci-tech and economy and accelerating the high-quality economic transformation and development.On the basis of sorting out the development circumstance of sci-tech service industry in Shanxi Province,this paper expounds the development status of sci-tech service industry in Shanxi Province,points out the existing prominent problems and reasons,and finally puts forward the policy system suggestions to accelerate the development of sci-tech service industry in Shanxi Province.
