摘要
在智能终端和网络技术日益普及的今天,网络直播的购物方式也随之兴起。本文基于技术接受模型,采用问卷调查法,收集数据,结合信度、效度和验证性因子等方法,对网络直播电商的顾客满意度展开研究,分析影响消费者满意度因素,提出改进措施和建议。
With the increasing popularity of intelligent terminals and network technology,online live streaming shopping has also emerged.This paper is based on a technology acceptance model,using a questionnaire survey method to collect data,and combining methods such as reliability,validity,and confirmatory factors,to study the customer satisfaction of online live streaming e-commerce.It analyzes the factors that affect consumer satisfaction,and proposes improvement measures and suggestions.
