摘要
本文介绍了以丙烯酸为起始原料,经加成、酰氯化两步关键反应合成3-氯丙酰氯的新方法。丙烯酸与氯化氢气体进行加成反应制得3-氯丙酸,再与三氯化磷进行酰氯化反应合成3-氯丙酰氯。从氯化氢气体制备、两步反应不同温度、酰氯化反应催化剂种类选择和用量等方面,优化了合成工艺,并指出该方法具有原料易得、操作简单安全、副产物少、适合规模化生产的优点。
In this paper,a new method of synthesis of 3-chloropropionyl chloride with acrylic acid as starting material by two step key reactions of addition and acyl chlorination is introduced.3-chloropropionic acid is prepared by addition reaction of acrylic acid and hydrogen chloride gas,and then 3-chloropropionyl chloride is synthesized by acyl chlorination reaction with phosphorus trichloride.The synthesis process is optimized from the aspects of preparation of hydrogen chloride gas,different temperatures of two step reactions,type selection and dosage of acyl chlorination reaction catalyst,etc.It is pointed that the method has the advantages of easy availability of raw materials,simple operation and safety,fewer by-products,and suitable for large-scale production.
