基于人因工程-TRIZ的超市购物车装置专利规避创新设计

摘要 为了设计一种适合老年人使用的超市购物车,采用TRIZ/专利规避集成理论,结合人因工程对超市老年人购物车进行创新设计。对专利数据库中的购物车进行专利分析,确定规避对象为一种便携式可坐购物车,建立功能结构模型图,确定设计矛盾,运用40条发明原理和76个标准解,结合人因工程建立改善后功能结构模型图,并对购物车进行设计。结果表明:创新产品的尺寸设计符合人因工程,更适合老年人使用,导航系统的增添使得购物车更加智能、方便。与一种便携式可坐购物车相比,该产品易操作、智能,且更加适合老年人使用。 In order to design a supermarket shopping cart suitable for the elderly,the TRIZ/patent circumvention integrated theory and the human factors engineering are adopted for the innovative design of the supermarket shopping cart suitable for the elderly.Supermarket shopping cart patents of current patent library are analyzes,the evading object-a portable shopping cart is determined,the functional structural model diagram is established,the design contradictions are determined,using 40 invention principles and 76 standard solutions,combining with human factors engineering to establish improved functional structural model diagram,the shopping cart is designed.The results show that the design of the innovative product is in line with human factors and more suitable for the elderly;the addition of navigation system makes the shopping cart more intelligent and convenient.It is concluded that compared with a portable shopping cart,the product is easy to operate,intelligent,and more suitable for the elderly.
