摘要
选用苯乙烯(St)单体、引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)、分散剂聚乙烯醇(PVA)、致孔剂环己烷,采用悬浮聚合法制备多孔的聚苯乙烯微球,在80℃下反应7 h,反应结束后经过清洗,收集到多孔的聚苯乙烯微球,在有机溶剂溶胀和浓硫酸的磺化作用下得到磺化聚苯乙烯微球(SPS)。探讨了微球催化剂(以硝化原料质量百分比为准)含量(最佳催化剂含量为80%)、反应时间(最佳反应时间为9 h)、磺化时间(最佳磺化时间为8 h)对催化硝化联苯反应的影响。
Porous polystyrene microspheres were prepared by suspension polymerization using PS monomer(St),initiator azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN),dispersant polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and porogen cyclohexane.Thereaction was carried out at 80℃for 7 hours,and after washing attheend of the reaction,porous polystyrene microspheres were collected,and sulfo⁃nated polystyrene microspheres(SPS)were obtained underswelling of an organic solvent and sulfonation of concentrated sulfuricacid.The content of microsphere catalyst(based on the mass percentage ofnitrifying raw materials)(the catalyst content is 80%is optimal),the reaction time(optimal reaction time is 9 h),the sulfonation time(optimal sulfonation time is 8 h)on the reaction of catalytic nitration of biphenyl.
