焦磷酸型钛酸酯偶联剂的制备及应用 被引量:2

摘要 以焦磷酸二异辛酯、钛酸四异丙酯为原料,制备异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯。研究了原料比例、反应温度和反应时间对产物的影响,并采用红外光谱对产品进行了表征。结果表明:制备异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯的最佳工艺条件为焦磷酸二异辛酯与钛酸四异丙酯的摩尔比为3∶1,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为3 h,产品的收率可达99%。钛酸酯偶联剂用途广泛,作为偶联剂可以提供优异的附着力,还可以作为分散剂、防沉剂等,提高体系的分散性、防沉、阻燃、机械等性能。 Using diisooctyl pyrophosphateand tetraisopropyltitanate as raw materials,prepared isopropyl tri(dioctylpyro⁃phosphate)titanate.The effects of raw material ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on the product were studied,and the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that:the optimum technological conditions for preparing isopropyl tris(dioctylpyrophosphate)titanatewere as follows:the molar ratio of diisooctyl pyrophosphate to tet⁃raisopropyltitanate was 3∶1,the reaction temperature was 75℃,and the reaction time was 3 h,the yield of the product could reach 99%.Titanate coupling agent was used in coatings to improve adhesion,dispersibility,anti-settling,flame re⁃tardant and rust prevention.
