摘要
以三唑类和琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂类代表性药剂苯醚甲环唑和专利农药氟唑菌酰胺为研究对象,通过规范的田间试验(GAP)施药并采集试验样品,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)技术联用,方法的回收率为79.66%~105.62%,相对标准偏差为1.15%~6.93%。利用本方法测定西瓜中苯醚甲环唑和氟唑菌酰胺农药残留,收获期所采西瓜全瓜样品中,苯醚甲环唑的残留量低于0.0095 mg/kg,氟唑菌酰胺的残留量低于0.0133 mg/kg;收获期所采西瓜瓜肉样品中,苯醚甲环唑的残留量低于0.0051 mg/kg,氟唑菌酰胺的残留量低于0.005 mg/kg,结果满足农药残留试验准则要求。
Using the representative agents of triazole and succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors,difenoconazole,and the pat⁃ented pesticide fluxapyroxad,as the research objects,through standardized field trials(GAP)and collection of test sam⁃ples,ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)technology was used to de⁃termine fluxapyroxad and difenoconazole pesticide residues in watermelon.In the whole watermelon sample collected dur⁃ing the harvest period,the recovery rate of the method was 79.66%~105.62%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.15%~6.93%.The residual amount of fluxapyroxad is less than 0.0133 mg/kg,and the residual amount of difenoconazole is less than 0.0095 mg/kg.In the watermelon meat samples collected during the harvest period,the residual amount of fluxapyroxad was less than 0.005 mg/kg,and the residual amount of difenoconazole was less than 0.0051 mg/kg,which met the requirements of the pesticide residue test guidelines.
