摘要
研究了一种顶空(HS)-气质联用(GC-MS)的方法来测定乙酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚物(VAE)中有机物挥发分的方法。首先以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺作为溶剂,加入1 m L,再将1 mL样品置于容器中混合均匀;然后采用静态顶空法,加热使挥发性组分从VAE样品中挥发出来,达到气液两相平衡;随后将顶空瓶上部气体注入气相色谱仪中进行分离,最后导入质谱检测器进行定性分析,采用物质组分的特征质谱图与NIST标准谱库对比进行各物质组成的分析。方法前处理简单、快捷、定性结果准确,能有效指导VAE生产中产品质量的提升。
A method for the determination of volatile organic compounds in vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer(VAE)by headspace(HS)-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was developed.First,add 1 mL of N,N-dimethylacet⁃amide as a solvent,place 1 mL of the sample in a container and mix evenly,then a static headspace method is used to evapo⁃rate the volatile components from the VAE sample by heating to achieve a gas-liquid two-phase equilibrium.Subsequent⁃ly,the gas from the upper part of the headspace bottle is injected into a gas chromatograph for separation,and finally intro⁃duced into a mass spectrometer detector for qualitative analysis.The characteristic mass spectra of the material components are compared with the NIST standard spectrum library for analysis of each material component.This method is simple,rap⁃id,and has accurate qualitative results,which can more effectively guide the improvement of product quality in VAE pro⁃duction.
