翻转课堂在“药物化学”课程教学中的实践探索与思考

Practice Exploration and Thinking of Flipped Classroom in the Teaching of"Medicinal Chemistry"

“药物化学”是药学和制药工程专业本科生的专业核心课程。该课程作为药物领域中重要的带头学科,涵盖发现与发明新药、合成化学药物、阐明药物化学性质、研究药物分子与机体细胞或者生物大分子之间相互作用规律的综合性学科,涉及新药研究的基本原理与方法、药物的代谢以及不同类别药物的设计合成、结构特点、理化性质、作用机制、临床应用与构效关系特点等,概念复杂抽象不易理解,要求学生具备扎实的有机化学和药理学等学科功底,教学难度较大。如何避免枯燥,调动学生主动学习的积极性并提高学生的学习效果是该课程教学面临的主要问题。通过对翻转课堂应用于“药物化学”课程建设的可行性和必要性进行实践探索,以期提高该课程的教学质量。

Medicinal Chemistry is a core professional course for undergraduates majoring in pharmacy and pharmaceutical engineering in our university.As an important leading discipline in the field of medicine,this course covers the comprehen⁃sive disciplines of discovery and invention of new drugs,synthesis of chemical drugs,elucidation of chemical properties of drugs,research of interaction laws between drug molecules and body cells or biological macromolecules,involving the ba⁃sic principles and methods of new drug research,drug metabolism,design and synthesis of different types of drugs,struc⁃tural characteristics,physical and chemical properties,action mechanisms.The characteristics of clinical application and structure-activity relationship are complex and abstract,which is difficult to understand.The students are required to have solid knowledge of organic chemistry,pharmacology and other disciplines,and the teaching is challenging.How to prevent boredom,mobilize students′enthusiasm for active learning and improve students′learning efficiency is a huge problem fac⁃ing the teaching of this course.This study explores the feasibility and necessity of flipped classroom application in course construction of Medicinal Chemistry,with a view to improving the teaching quality of this course.
