应用型人才培养背景下课题层次渐进模式建立与探索——以丙烯酰胺聚合为例 被引量:1

摘要 以“丙烯酰胺聚合”课题的研究和实践为主线,通过专业综合实验“丙烯酰胺聚合及聚丙烯酰胺性质测定”打下理论和实验操作基础;以创新实训“淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺聚合反应引发体系研究”作为课题的拓宽和延展,对课题研究过程中遇到的问题从基础理论角度加以分析讨论,强化学生的知识运用能力,培养学生的科研创新精神。以毕业设计“反相乳液体系中年产2 000吨淀粉基絮凝剂生产车间设计”为实践,完成了课题主线的科研与实践互为补充的应用型人才培养能力目标设定。 Focused on the research and practice of the subject Acrylamide Polymerization,theoretical and experimental foundations are established through the professional comprehensive experiment Acrylamide Polymerization and Property Measurement of Polyacrylamide.Taking the innovation training Research on the Initiation System of Starch Grafting Acryl⁃amide Polymerization as the subject of broadening and extension,the problems encountered in the research process are ana⁃lyzed and discussed from the perspective of basic theory,in order to strengthen the knowledge application ability of stu⁃dents and cultivate their motivation of scientific research and innovation.Taking the graduation project Design of a Produc⁃tion Workshop for Starch Flocculant in Inverse Emulsion with an Annual Output of 2000 Tons as practice,the goal of train⁃ing the application-oriented talents is completed,in which the scientific research and practice of the project subject com⁃plement each other.
