Design Strategy for Indoor Renovation of Existing Building Based on Green Building Concept: Taking Guiyang Gui'an Art Education High-quality Development Training Base as an Example

在存量时代背景下,对既有建筑进行保留利用及更新改造,可更好地传承城市历史文脉,满足绿色设计理念。研究以贵阳贵安美育教育高质量发展研修基地为例,从设计要点、设计原则、设计流程等方面,探讨既有建筑室内空间改造策略,激活逐渐没落的城市空间,解决传承与发展的问题。

In the context of the stock era,preserving,utilizing,updating,and renovating existing buildings can better inherit the historical context of the city and meet the concept of green design.Taking Guiyang Gui’an Art Education High-quality Development Training Base as an example,this study explores the interior space renovation strategies of existing buildings from the aspects of design points,design principles,and design processes,activates the gradually declining urban space,and solves the problems of inheritance and development.
