既有建筑改造空间的典型性与多义性——以鼓楼西大街33号院改造项目为例

摘要 鼓楼西大街33号院并非典型的传统四合院,其由若干周围院子的边界围合而成,内部的破败与其所处的地理位置及外立面更新治理后的面貌形成巨大反差。改造设计应甲方要求采用整体重建式更新模式,故脱离传统四合院的语境,重新审视院落内外与城市的关系,通过院落空间转变来描绘城市演化,构建老城区最微小的单元与区域整体结构的关系。 No.33 Courtyard On Gulou West Street is not a typical traditional quadrangle courtyard.It is enclosed by the boundaries of several surrounding courtyards,and the internal dilapidation forms a huge contrast with its geographical location and the updated appearance of the exterior facade.Due to the requirement of the first party to adopt an overall reconstruction update model,the design breaks away from the traditional context of quadrangles and re examines the relationship between the courtyard and the city,depicting the evolution of the city through the transformation of small courtyards,and constructing the relationship between the smallest unit of the ancient city and the overall structure.
