Detailed Planning of Rural Construction Land Control Under Terriorial Spatial Planning

在新时代国土空间规划的发展背景下,控制性详细规划仍是空间规划五级三类四体系的重要组成部分。通过对梅州市中心城区程江部分乡村地区现状调研,归纳总结乡村地区建设现存问题,结合新时代国土空间规划要求,从目标定位、用地布局、道路交通、配套设施及环境品质5个方面提出乡村建设用地发展建设策略。

Under the background of the development of territorial spatial planning in the new era,controlling detailed planning is still an important part of the five-level,three-category and four-system of spatial planning.Through the investigation of the current situation of some rural areas in Chengjiang in downtown area of Meizhou,the existing problems of rural area construction were summarized,and combined with the requirements of land and spatial planning in the new era,the development and construction strategy of rural construction land was proposed from five aspects:target positioning,land layout,road transportation,supporting facilities and environmental quality.
