摘要
随着我国人口老龄化程度的不断加深,居住建筑适老化成为重点关注问题。基于老年人生理及心理特征,从使用需求、环境健康、被动智能化等方面提出居家养老模式下的适老化设计,系统性提出装配式适老化装修体系,为装配式装修在新建适老化建筑、既有建筑适老化改造等领域提供参考。
With the deepening of population aging in China,the elderly-oriented of residential buildings has become a focus of attention.Based on the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,the elderly-oriented design under home care mode is proposed from the aspects of use needs,environmental health,passive intelligence,etc.,and the elderly-oriented prefabricated decoration system is systematically proposed,providing references for prefabricated decoration in the fields of new elderly-oriented buildings and elderly-oriented renovation of existing buildings.
