新冠肺炎疫情期间,人们的生产生活均受到一定程度的影响。多功能空间成为住宅套型设计的刚性需求,在后疫情时代,中小套型住宅建筑设计随着人们的生活习惯而发生变化。研究分析疫情期间传统居住空间现存问题,梳理后疫情时代人们对居住空间的新需求,提出相应的空间优化策略。

During the new crown pneumonia epidemic,people’s production and life have been affected to a certain extent.Multi-functional space has become a rigid demand for residential suite design,and in post-epidemic era,the design of small and medium-sized residential buildings has changed with people’s living habits.Analyzing the existing problems of traditional living space during the epidemic,sorts out the new demand for living space in the post-epidemic era,and puts forward corresponding space optimization strategy.
