In the context of China has vigorously promoted prefabricated building,and modular container structure can effectively reduce construction cost and shorten construction period,which has great engineering significance and economic value.Analyzing the application types of modular container building,sorting out the research status of container building at home and abroad,summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of container building,to provide reference for the development of prefabricated building in China.
