装配式建筑BIM模型数据驱动机器人关键技术的研究

Research on Key Technologies of BIM Model Data Driven Robots for Prefabricated building

基于装配式建筑设计BIM技术、机器人自动化技术的应用推广以及对PC工厂现况生产工艺的研究分析,提出把设计端BIM模型通过模型数据转换软件转换生成PCXML数据格式,导入生产端机器人控制软件进行读取、解析后,输出可执行指令到机器人端执行,以实现BIM模型数据驱动机器人设备进行自动化装配的方案,并进行验证,在PC工厂实现机器代人、减少人工。

Based on the application and promotion of prefabricated building design BIM technology and robot automation technology,as well as the research and analysis of the current production process of PC factories,it is proposed to convert the BIM model of the design side into PCXML data format through model data conversion software,and import it into the robot control software of the production side for reading and parsing.Executable instructions are output to the robot for execution,so as to realize the scheme of automatic assembly of BIM model data driven robot equipment,and verify it,so as to realize machine substitution and reduce labor in PC factory.
